Hello All SGRA Families,
Bingo workers are URGENTLY needed for the Bingo scheduled Monday October 31 from 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM. We are still in need of 8 people.
The deadline for signing up for your mandatory shift is quickly approaching and those not committed (signed up) for a shift by November 1, WILL have their deposits cashed.
***At this time we are also offering people a $75 credit to those willing to work an extra shift for the October 31st bingo, as we must fill these shifts. This offer for credit is also being extended to the 18+ division.***

Please note the following information below with regards to SGRA Volunteer requirements...
If you sign up and send someone else you MUST CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY at bingo@sprucegroveringette.com; or text 780-995-1522. We assign positions according to what you have signed up for; therefore by not letting us know you are sending a different person, it can hinder our placement of workers.
At this time, Each SGRA family is required to work 1 Bingo per registered player to a maximum of 2 Bingos per family.
If you have not already completed your current season's bingo requirement & also have not signed up for future bingo shifts to complete your SGRA mandatory requirements, you will need to sign up for your required bingo shifts by NOVEMBER 1 of the current playing season. This date is a deadline to sign up for all future bingo shifts. There are many bingo dates to choose from.
If you have not committed to your required shifts by NOVEMBER 1 of the current playing season (by signing up with the online Bingo system) your cheque will be cashed or your credit card charged (amount $200.00 per bingo shift). We need commitment of workers for all dates, and thus SGRA will cash your deposit (cheque or credit card) in order to book and pay a substitute worker.
IMPORTANT: If you commit your name/or someone you know to work a bingo for you and you or they cannot attend - you must send a replacement worker. If you do not work the bingo you have committed to working, your cheque will be cashed or your credit card charged (amount $200.00 per worker). By completing the online registration process in SGRA, you authorized the charge of $200 to your credit card for each of any of the one (1) mandatory bingo/casino shifts missed during the season.
PLEASE NOTE: 18+ Division players are exempt from bingo requirements; SGRA Executive are exempt from bingo requirements.
