COACHES FEEDBACK FORM

The COACHES FEEDBACK FORM will be open for submissions until April 15, 2018.

The purpose and intent of this form is to assist our volunteer coaches in developing themselves and their ringette programming for future seasons.  Your input is essential to improving the quality of our coaches and our ringette program.

Please remember that our coaches, as well as ALL our team staff are volunteers.  These volunteers spend countless hours, week nights, and weekends for the benefit of our association and our athletes.

SGRA appreciates your honest, constructive feedback with supporting suggestions & solutions.  We look to continual improvement and growth for our association, its volunteers, and members. We anticipate many great responses, with feedback that is useful and goal orientated, giving development opportunity for our volunteer coaching staff.  SGRA is forward thinking and respectful of our members views and opinions.

Providing your name will be optional.  We hope that you are willing to give thoughtful and valuable feedback, and may also be willing to provide your name and contact information.  There will be a place at the end of the feedback form to provide your contact information, if you choose.
