SPRUCE GROVE RINGETTE PHOTO DAY -- Oct 2nd 2018
Picture Location - Spruce Grove Elks Hall - 400 Diamond Ave.
OUR TIME SLOT IS SCHEDULED FOR 5:10 PM - PLEASE ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 5:00PM.
Note: We will still have our regularly scheduled practice following photos at 6:15 at Stu Barnes.
Teams Should Wear White Jerseys. They should wear Competition Pants & Full Gear. Skates Included. (No Helmet, No Neck guard).
There are no dressing rooms; we recommend Players Arrive Dressed.
If not dressed, please arrive with plenty of time to change and be ready 10 minutes prior to your time slot. With 22 Teams to capture, this will be a fast moving process, and we hope for no delays.
The photographer has requested that individuals work directly with her and her assistants on the night of the event, to hand in order forms and pay for the additional photos that you intend to order. Especially in the case of credit or debit sales. Forms will be provided on site, or can be printed prior to.
**If you have no additional order, your child must still fill out the order form; so they can receive the player mount that is included in your registration. These can be handed in to your Team Manager. **
On Photo Night - Teams will sit together in the assigned dressing area, and should be lined up in the Hall, by height; shortest to tallest please, and ready to go, 10 minutes prior to their photo time. We will require the assistance of Coaches and managers.
