Hi everyone

Welcome everyone to the new season of Ringette!!! My name is Adam Penno and I will be your coach this year.

We have our first practice set for 9:15am to 10:15am on Sunday at Stu Barnes. Please have you kids ready for 9:00am. I would like to a brief talk with the kids before we hit the ice.

I would also like to have a parent meeting after the practice in the stands at Stu Barnes. I just want to go over a few things so we are all on the same page.

We also have several positions we need to fill on the team

2 Assistant coaches, we have to have at least one female coach. If you are interested, please bring your skates to the practice and email me.
