Each SGRA family is required to work ONE Bingo per family. Please do not register for more than ONE Bingo to allow a spot for all families. Extra shifts are only allowed when there is a shortage of workers and the "URGENT" email is sent out about a week prior. If an extra shift is booked you will be cancelled out of it.

If you have not worked your bingo requirement(s) or signed up to work your bingo requirement(s) by January 31, 2020 (by signing up with the online Bingo system) your cheque will be cashed or your credit card charged in the amount of $200.00 per bingo requirement.  We need commitment of workers for all dates, and thus SGRA will cash your deposit (cheque or credit card).

If after January 31, 2020 you work or sign up for a bingo you will receive the $200 credit at the end of the Ringette season.  This is to eliminate extra work on our registrar and treasurer.


SGRA can be fined and/or receive demerit penalties if we do not have experienced workers in some of the positions.  Therefore when signing up please ensure you read the required experience for the different positions:

CHAIRPERSON: Must have worked in the cage before preferably as special games coordinator and paymaster.  This position CANNOT have a replacement worker show up.

SPECIAL GAMES COORDINATOR: Must have worked in the cage before.  This position CANNOT have a replacement worker show up.

PAYMASTER: Must have worked a bingo in the past but does not need cage experience.  This position CANNOT have a replacement worker show up.

$1 SELLER, $2 SELLER and BALLS do not require experience.



If you commit your name/or someone you know to work a bingo for you and you or they cannot attend - It is your responsibility to find and send a replacement worker and notify ASAP.  If you do not attend the bingo you have committed to working, your cheque will be cashed or your credit card charged (amount $200.00 per worker). If you cannot find someone to work for you please contact for help finding someone.

If you cancel your shift less than 48 hours before the shift this may result in immediate charge of the $200.00

By completing the online player registration process with SGRA, you have authorized the charge of $200 to your credit card or the cashing of your Bingo deposit cheque for any of the mandatory bingo/casino shifts missed during the season.

18+ Division players, SGRA Executives and 2019/20 Head Coaches are exempt from bingo requirements.
