Another year of ringette is upon us! And with that, another year of FUNDRAISING!!!
My name is Michelle Viney and I again, am the Fundraising Director for Spruce Grove Ringette Assocation.
I will be organizing the receiving of order forms & payments the same as last year.
Forms for Kernels were emailed out on December 18th. Please email me if you did not receive one.
I require all forms back to be by January 15th, and no later! I will total each player's total, minus the profit and let each fundraising co-ordinator the amount they owe as a team. I will require 1 cheque per team made out to SPRUCE GROVE RINGETTE.
Pickup will be approx. January 26th.

KERNELS POPCORN. CAMPAIGN WILL RUN DEC. 18- JAN.15
MIXING SPOON. CAMPAIGN WILL RUN JAN. 22 - FEB.1
MANAGERS - PLEASE HAVE YOUR FUNDRAISING CO-ORDINATOR EMAIL ME THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS & PHONE NUMBERS. I WILL BE SENDING OUT FORMS FOR EACH CAMPAIGN APPROX. 1 WEEK BEFORE THEY WILL BEGIN.
MANAGERS/ FUNDRAISING CO-ORDINATORS WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR HANDING OUT AND COLLECTING FORMS BEFORE THE DEADLINE DATE. EACH TEAM WILL SUBMIT 1 CHEQUE EACH, TO THE APPROPRIATE BUSINESS AND EACH TEAM IS RESPONSIBLE FOR ALLOCATING PROFITS FOR EACH PLAYER, AND HOLDING THOSE PROFITS/CREDITS IN THEIR TEAM'S ACCOUNT UNTIL THE END OF THE YEAR.
I WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY FORMS OR PAYMENT PAST THE DEADLINE DATE THIS YEAR. I ALSO WILL NOT ACCEPT PICTURES OF FORMS TEXTED TO ME, AS THEY ARE VERY UNCLEAR/IMPOSSIBLE TO READ. ALL FORMS MUST BE HAND DELIVERED TO MYSELF OR EMAILED TO : FUNDRAISING@SPRUCEGROVERINGETTE.COM
