Payment Notice: As this is our first year and we are unsure of the number of registrations, payment is not required at the time of registration. Payment will be due within 24 hours of receiving a confirmation email from the Association confirming your acceptance and team placement. Confirmation emails will be sent no later than January 24. At this time you will receive a link via email allowing you to log in to your RAMP profile and submit payment through your portal. 

We’re excited to announce our inaugural 3v3 Spring Ringette Session.

Registration will open this Saturday, January 17 at 9:00 a.m. on the SGRA website and will be exclusive to Spruce Grove Ringette players for the first 48 hours. After that, we will welcome players from other associations to register.

How does 3v3 Ringette work?

Each division will consist of four teams, with 10-14 players per team, including one goalie. Teams will play a round-robin format with nine regular games, followed by either a gold medal or bronze medal game to wrap up the season—for a total of 10 games.

Season Dates & Ice Times

• Games for the younger divisions will begin on March 29. 

• Start dates for older divisions may be slightly delayed due to participation in Nationals.

• The final games of the season will take place on May 24.

• Ice times will be scheduled on Tuesday evenings, Friday evenings, Saturday and Sunday mornings.

• No weekend games will begin before 8:30 a.m.

• Please note that March 29 games will be held in the evening, which is an exception to the usual morning weekend ice schedule.

Game Format

• Full-ice games

• 3 skaters and 1 goalie

• Shot clock

• 60-minute ice times

• All games will take place at Tri Leisure

The game schedule will be released during the first week of March. Each player may request one reciprocal friend request.

Division Groupings*

• U12: U10 S2/S3 and U12 C

• U14: U12 A/B and U14 B/C

• U16: U14 AA and U16 A/B/C

• U19: U16 AA and U19 AA/A/B/C

*Please note: As registrations are received, there may be movement within divisions, and some players may be moved up or down. Our goal is to ensure the spring session is fast, fun, and competitive for all players.

At this time, we are not accepting Step 1 players.  

Cost

• Players: $210

• Goalies: $100
