Bingos have now been posted for 2023-24 season. **check back as new ones are added frequently
THIS SEASON: One Bingo shift per family is once again mandatory. Bingos are a vital part of our association’s fundraising. (Exempt are HEAD coaches, managers and executive members). A $200 volunteer cheque will be collected at registration.
First Come, First Serve basis. One per family required.
*NEW* if you would like to be on the extra bingo shift list for credit towards next year (2024-25) registration, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not sign up for additional shifts, they will be automatically cancelled.
SGRA can be fined and/or receive demerit penalties if we do not have experienced workers in some of the positions. Therefore when signing up please ensure you read the required experience for the different positions:
CHAIRPERSON: Must have worked in the cage before preferably as special games coordinator and paymaster. This position CANNOT have a replacement worker show up.
SPECIAL GAMES COORDINATOR: Must have worked in the cage before. This position CANNOT have a replacement worker show up.
PAYMASTER: Must have worked a bingo in the past but does not need cage experience. This position CANNOT have a replacement worker show up. *please contact bingo coordinator for new training
$1 SELLER, $2 SELLER and BALLS do not require experience.
If you commit your name/or someone you know to work a bingo for you and you or they cannot attend - It is your responsibility to find and send a replacement worker and notify email@example.com ASAP. If you cannot find someone to work for you please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for help finding someone (minimum 48 hours notice please). Fines will be imposed for non-shows as described in the SGRA registration package.
