UAA Groups and Evaluation Schedule
Hi Everyone,
Thank you for your patience. A few points I wanted to highlight before I attach the UAA groups and schedule. As previously mentioned we are using an evaluator company for all evaluations. You will receive your first schedule email from me but the remainder of emails will come from Sports Evaluations so please check your junk mail etc. after your child's skate to ensure you know when their upcoming skate is. Sports Evaluations uses a computer app to input all of their evaluations scores so I wanted to give everyone a heads up that you may see the evaluators looking down on phones/ipads during the evaluation. We ask that you do not at anytime approach any of the evaluators, if you have any questions or concerns please bring them to myself and I will communicate with the coordinator.
The evaluation coordinator (Jackie) will be coordinating all the On-Ice helpers so if you would like to help out with this please email her evals@sprucegroveringette.com.
I will still need an off ice helper for each group during the UAA evaluations for pinnie hand out etc. If you can help out please let me know.
In addition to this I will need volunteers for the AA games. I will need 4 bench helpers per game as well as 1 for shot clock and clock. I will ensure you are placed on the opposite bench as your player.
As a reminder goalies do not need to attend the UAA evaluations but they are required to attend the goalie skills session

As a final note please understand I am unable to accommodate movement between groups for both the UAA practice or the UAA evaluations.

If you do not see your player's name listed please let me know right away. Please arrive to the arena to allow ample time to check in at the desk and have your player ready to be on the ice on time.
U14 AA TRYOUTS
For those players who are trying out for AA the first skate will be ----Sunday September 4 at 5:45-6:45 p.m.TLC-N GAME 1 --------------. All players and goalies who are trying out for AA must attend this skate. You will then receive an email from our evaluators informing you when your players next skate will be.
As a friendly reminder, board members are volunteers, as a Mom who also has two children evaluating during this time I understand this is a busy and stressful period.
